ARCA – the Automobile Racing Club of America – was founded in 1953. Affiliated with NASCAR, ARCA races feature NASCAR-style stock cars. Many drivers who once competed in ARCA events have gone on to drive in and win NASCAR races and championships, including 2022 NASCAR Cup Series champion Joey Logano.
That’s why we’re so glad to have T.J. Majors on our side. T.J. is a spotter – one of the best in the business.

Andy’s story is unlike any other in today’s NASCAR racing scene.
And his fans love him for it.
Racing is in Andy’s blood. Not only were his father and uncle successful drivers, but his mother was one of the first female drivers in the sport, becoming the first woman to win a race at Lancaster Motorplex. Sadly, both Andy’s father and uncle were killed while racing, but that did not deter him from following his passion for the sport. As a further demonstration of his work ethic and commitment to the sport, it is well-publicized that Andy has funded much of his racing career with money he earns as a pizza delivery driver when he is not racing.
Known as a classic “throwback” racer, Andy has driven his way through the ranks and won at every level along the way. Racing fans relate to his strong work ethic and hands-on approach to building success.
His thoughtful, often poetic insight on racing has made him a social media sensation for close to ten years. His willingness to pursue difficult racing goals has earned him magazine, newspaper, radio and TV coverage up and down the East Coast. He’s also been nominated three times for the Ken Schrader Real Racer Award. That’s two more times than any other driver! The award honors “those who embody the true spirit of what it means to be a racer”.
In 1970, a friend took Kevin to Riverside Speedway and he’s been hooked on racing ever since. He spent the next 30 years attending local races and the NASCAR Touring Series.
Then, in 1997, as an Aaron’s franchisee, Kevin began sponsoring a modified tour driver. He also managed schedules, generated sponsorships from business partners and even served as the spotter.
Shortly after Kevin’s Aaron’s sponsorship foray into NASCAR Aaron’s corporate became heavily involved with NASCAR and a lot of success in the late 90s and 2000s with their NASCAR Xfinity and Cup Series programs.
Kevin brings a wealth of business experience to the operation. His many successful companies include Acacia Energy, Assist Wireless, CTC Outreach, Paygo Distributors, Via One Fiber and the up-and-coming DAK’s Market.
Whether it involves turning wrenches or a steering wheel, Andy Seuss knows all about the sport of auto racing.
The New Hampshire native has raced Supermodifieds, Late Models, and Sprint Cars, but he has excelled as a driver in Asphalt Modifieds.
Seuss is a two-time NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour champion and the 2005 New Smyrna Speedway World Series of Asphalt Racing Modified champion. He finished second to current NASCAR Cup Series driver Justin Haley in the 2007 ARCA event at Talladega Superspeedway and has competed in the NASCAR Cup Series for Rick Ware Racing. Seuss’ Cup experience has also included stints at Trackhouse Racing and Kaulig Racing, where he served as the car chief for the #16 Chevrolet entry shared by A.J. Allmendinger, Noah Gragson and Daniel Hamric during the 2022 season.
With more than 30 years of racing success under his belt, Mike is the real deal.
His experience includes serving as a Crew Chief in the NASCAR Cup Series, the Xfinity Series, the Truck Series and the ARCA Series. He maintains a leadership role with the WeatherTech Sportscar Championship Series. He worked as a fabricator in the top NASCAR divisions. He’s a welder, fabricator and engineer for his own chassis business, too.
Mike was also the founder of Dayton Racing Chassis, a company that built modified racing chassis for teams competing in Northeast Modified events.
He’s worked with Precision Motorsports, Chad Boat Racing, Vision Motorsports and Precision Performance Racing.
In sports, communication is one of the keys to success. It can manifest as spoken words or hand signals. Or, after years of working together, it’s an understanding of a teammate’s tendencies.
Communication is essential on the racetrack, too. That’s why we’re so glad to have T.J. Majors on our side.
T.J. is a spotter – one of the best in the business. He sits high atop the action and feeds crucial information to our driver Andy Jankowiak. His job is to help Andy maneuver through traffic, avoid trouble spots and run as clean and safe a race as possible. T.J. has worked with some of the biggest names in racing, including Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Joey Logano, Danica Patrick and Brad Keselowski.
